SMS Consent
This page describes how CertifML and its clients handle text-message consent.
Opt-in
You will only receive text messages from a CertifML-powered number if you have given prior express consent — for example, by providing your number to one of our client businesses and agreeing to be contacted, or by replying to start a conversation. Message frequency varies by the business you're engaging with.
Opt-out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@certifml.com.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Privacy
Information shared over SMS is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and carriers/consent data are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
